      Good benefits, pension, name recognition, fair commission structure. Great President's Club trips.

      Cons

      So political, an old boys network. The quality of management is completely inconsistent. People get promoted because of kissing up to the right people.

      Good Employee tenure for a reason

      Pros

      There are several business groups so there are opportunities to take what you know and grow with it. Good family work balance for the most part that of course can depend on your own direct boss. There area lot of people who have worked here for many years which tells you the pay and benefits are fair.

      Cons

      There is a bit of a " insiders circle" that you have to make if you want to get ahead of middle management.
