      Pros

      great company to work for. plenty of room for growth, and good support. attainable quotas and good pay. good support from management

      Cons

      payroll is not at the top of anyone's list of concerns, therefor appointments are tough to get. they push the ideal of having 5 a week, with the goal of closing two. it's feasible, but challenging. you have to have a short memory or you'll hate the job.

      Pros

      Good QA Processess and methology. Opportunities for learning and advancement are good. Managers have open door policies and are always willing to teach.

      Cons

      Outsourcing to overseas have outplaced some of our employees. I feel these jobs can be done by people in America.

      Pros

      Opportunities for advancement are great. The training classes and information learned through the classes were wonderful and indepth to allow for successful work experience.

      Cons

      THe management is often rude and unapproachable, unless you are a preferred employee who sucks up to gain attention. Leadership should be based on professional experience, not who you know.
