      Pros

      Plenty of opportunity to promote if you put your time in. Great work atmosphere and people to work with. Company was trying hard to improve day to day operations and improve quality of work and fulfillment of work.

      Cons

      Hiring process takes too long. Promotions were not unheard of to take six weeks. Otherwise, ADP was a great place.

      Pros

      The pay is not bad and the benefits are good. There is room for growth...and there is mobility within the company to venture out into other depts since the company is big.

      Cons

      There are some politics involved and sometimes you don't recognized for your performance. Having relationships across the organization is a must as it could be the difference of not getting the promotion. Its all about perception. If you are perceived as a hard worker normally you will be valued as one.
