      Pros

      opportunity to grow in career. benefits fair, flexibility in work location and schedule is a big plus. would advise family and friends to apply for employment.

      Cons

      health insurance premiun on high end. Due to nature of business not many holidays allowed. Certain departments tied to strict work schedule.

      LOTS of data tracking PEO is a long term sale, need to leave people in their territory longer than 1 year to cultivate the sales base

      The TotalSource division is one of the fastest growing divisions within ADP which translates into an exciting environment to work in and overall positive place to be within ADP. Senior management is constantly working toward providing its sales team with the resources and tools necessary to succeed. The product definitely is something small-mid sized businesses can benefit from, especially as it becomes more and more difficult to be an employer.

      Cons

      The top 10% of the sales representatives do very well. However, there is a large gap between those who are exceeding their numbers and the next "tier."
