      Great Compensation--But Not for the Weak Hearted.

      Pros

      Heavy compensation--unlimited--if you can perform you will make a lot and be rewarded a lot. An assortment of career paths as well; full benefits.

      Cons

      Advancement is based on sales performance--and sales are not always very easy to make; monthly/yearly quota's can add a lot of stress to life.

      Leaders in Digital Technlogy for the automotive verticle. The strongest website patform and online tools to assist car dealers in converting business from their own website.

      Cons

      Compensation changes routinely and without much notice. At times they are so large they don't provide the appropriate guidance and training to ne employees.

      ADP is a very stable company that continues to develop products and people. They provide employees with the training and tools needed to excel. They consistently acknowledge success and achievement.

      Cons

      The pay isn't as high as other companies for the responsibilities. Work load is often heavy and overwhelming. It would be great if ADP would hire more people.
