Pros
100's of products/services to sell Financial strength - AAA rated S&P and Moody's People are wonderful Training, training and more training If you want to advance career path, you just put your name out there - you'll need a strong track record though.
Cons
Split deals with 2-6 people. Silo'd - every product has it's own managment team, and P&L. Accounting constantly messes up sales order booking and commissions. Master Service Agreement is challenging to get through.
