      Pros

      Flex work schedule. They make promises they never intend to keep.

      Cons

      They preach hard work and Company loyalty, yet when it comes time for raises was told I made too much compared to what others doing the same job made. HUH ??? They preach to you how important it is to keep good employees.

      Pros

      People, clients, pay, benefits, and technology are top notch. Renewed focus on employee satisfaction is evident in employee led/leadership supported programs rolled out this year.

      Cons

      Company had a rough couple of years that I think brought its core values into question. Alot is expected of staff and as the company grows it struggles to balance management/empowerment and employee needs/company needs - for example, the time off policy is crazy good/employees have trouble taking it all because there is alot of work to do.

      ADP will consistently perform to and above market expectations. The work is challenging. Product offerings are top performers in all market segments.

      Cons

      Management tiers are inconsistent in portraying a One ADP philosophy and being an Employer of Choice. Associates have been a statistic in ADP business leaders' drive to meet performance goals.
