      great work life balance, benefits are decent too. Their payscale is one of the best out there. Overall a great company to work for.

      Cons

      Few of the technologies used were outdated. Growth opportunities are limited. Few people end up working on the same stuff forever.

      unbeatable training. sales experience and training you cannot get anywhere else and other companies recognize this. work hard play hard environment. if you work hard you will go far.

      typically 4 successful year is shelf-life in this division. you would either way to move into bigger accounts, management or go somewhere else where pay at this level is better.
