      *upside in compensation *comraderie - fantastic culture *presidents clubs, superstarts...amazing destinations for top performers.

      Cons

      *silo'd business units that made it extremely difficult to do the right thing by the customer. *horrible service delivery *rigid pricing model *underwriting flexibility changed depending on how the entire business unit was performing regardless of an individual or region.

      Great Compensation--But Not for the Weak Hearted.

      Heavy compensation--unlimited--if you can perform you will make a lot and be rewarded a lot. An assortment of career paths as well; full benefits.

      Cons

      Advancement is based on sales performance--and sales are not always very easy to make; monthly/yearly quota's can add a lot of stress to life.
