Pros
benefits are endless, the growth opportunity is superb, the training and development are consistent. We have several folks here that have been here for 10, 20, 30 yrs. I have been with ADP over 10 yrs and never plan to leave. We are pushing our diversity efforts and making sure that folks are given equal opporunity for every position.
Cons
Disconnects at times when so many folks are remote. At times there are so many webinars, emails, etc .that messages get lost in translation. It's best to pick up the phone or walk to someone's office to express an opinion or a different point of view.
