      Pros

      Compensation can be lucrative. Leadership training and sales training is top rated. Company is AAA rated and will continue to grow and evolve.

      Cons

      Turnover is high. The selling cycle is challenging with competition strong in the industry and among sales divisions within ADP. Company is so large, corporate message, mission, vision, and energy can only be conveyed by local leadership.

      Pros

      feedback on performance the department i'm in is very well managed and has good management bonus plan is good

      Cons

      can be hard to move to other departments or move out or up depending on where you are merit increases could be better base salaries could be better with some positions

      Pros

      ADP is, relatively speaking, a good place to work, not exactly cutting edge, but there's a level of security there...they are fiscally responsible

      Cons

      The culture varies widely within the organization, so take any positive or negative feedback with a grain of salt...you'll just have to judge for yourself. My particular environment is very political and middle management borders on incompetence.
