      Pros

      Job is diverse and very challenging. It is so cool to interract with other industries and learn all about them! Senior management is great and although a large company, each division operates as a small company. I have left and returned several times to ADP which is nice to know they appreciate quality people!

      Cons

      Expect to work a lot of hours! Sometimes product releases are premature and create more work as well as awkward situations with clients....

      Much to say.. Good and Inspiring Senior Leadership Wonderful support from HR people Great team spirit Started towards making employees more techincal, by concept called COTE Gender inclusivity, Best place for women associates Some or the other events happen round the clock to facilitate employees with their interests like sports, singing, play of instruments etc. Enouraging leave policy

      Cons

      Not good middle management Lack of motivation from the middle layers Not much hikes in the salaries, Couldn't confidently say about the upcoming appraisals / hikes so as to sustain retention Bit of micro management, especially by the people who recently become Leads, following thier existing managers etc :)

      Pros

      -Very flexabile hours -No micro managing -Great compensation structure -Industry leading product -Great team- no office politics -Great lead channel opportunities that give leverage for higher sales potential. -ADP is one of the few companies that a person would stay with for many years. Folks can't say that about most companies today. ADP takes care of their associates.

      Cons

      -The lead channels that I was offered did not work for me, but I was directed to continue spending time trying to get good leads out of them. -Not enough actual "training". Our bi-weekly sales-training meeting were spent chatting away about non-relavent topics. I got most of my training out on the field, making mistakes that could have been avoided. That effected my overall sales results.
