Good pay good benefits, other depts seemed much more statisfied with their jobs. Didn't seem to have interest in developing new employees when they knew the seasoned reps were the way to get to their number

Cons

Unrealistic quotas, not much help from managers, tough requirements to have deals approved, training program long and terrible prep for what you really face in the field.
