      Pros

      feedback on performance the department i'm in is very well managed and has good management bonus plan is good

      Cons

      can be hard to move to other departments or move out or up depending on where you are merit increases could be better base salaries could be better with some positions

      Pros

      Nationally recognized company, good-fair training programs, at first glace their interview process appeared fair and equitable, but was anything but.

      Cons

      At every stage in the interview process they were either late for the interview time, did not make the scheduled time and failed to re-schedule prior to the interview. The interview process from initial interview (basic), to peer (a complete joke of unplanned, silly questions which where not relative to the position, but were all about fitting in with that manager's age group (30's) with 7 years work experience in the area of expertise. It was discriminatory and insulting.

      very good work environment, flexible working hours no firings liencey at work good team building activites cultural activities good facilities

      slow growth less salary no techno growth no access to outer world as no mobiles allowed even u can't take paper in and out
