      Very helpful and management is there to help you succeed. Lucurative pay, Awards, Business Trips, Company Car and solid organization.

      Travel can be hard on a married person but it has to be agreed with your spouse. Travel, Love and Marriage.

      Pros

      Culture, Advancement Opportunities, Global Expansion, Industry Leader, Financial Stability, Solid Leadership, Excellent Benefits including Stock Purchase and Pension Fund - overall a really great place to work.

      Cons

      It is a big company so if you prefer a smaller intimate environment this might not be for you - that being said, the company does have smaller work groups that give you the intimate feel even though we are a Fortune 300 company.
