      Pros

      We truly help companies in a very fundamental way. It is meaningful work and nobody does it better. There is always a good business conversation and a connection to something we do -- every day is different and keeps it fresh.

      Cons

      Big organization with plenty of politics and bureaucracy -- hard to focus on things that matter and not get caught up in some of the internal processes.

      Pros

      The management team is wonderful; supportive and wants the best for you. Training is exceptional and after a year, you are well versed to have a business conversation in almost any industry. Great confidence booster.

      Cons

      Finding out how to navigate through such a large company can be frustrating and time consuming if you have clients with tax, service, HR or payroll issues. It takes a while to figure out who and where to go to have your client issues resolved.

      ADP is an excellent place to learn how to sell. Training is top notch. Managers are friendly and benefits are generous.

      Cons

      Payroll is a boring product. Lots and lots of cold calling.
