      ADP is a huge company. It has good company benefits and many positions to transfer into internally. The pay is average to above average.

      ADP is a huge company. That means its a huge bureaucracy. It is also saddled with an "old boy" network mentality wherein who you know and who likes you is more important than how good you are.

      teaches you the right skills to become a salesman and gives you freedom to create your own work regiment. Also, room to grow into other areas of company

      fast paced sales environment. you can easily get lost in the competition and make no money compared to some people who have better territories. having a good territory was key.
