      The pay is OK and the benefits are very good

      Cons

      The entire organization is run by salesmen who are myopic to the point of insanity. If you like a schizophrenic workplace where priorities change hourly, management is ADHD and breaks into a two-year-old temper tantrum when the slightest thing MAY have gone wrong, you'll love ADP. Strategic thinking means foresight to Friday morning "roll call."

      Pros

      Stability of our company is outstanding. It's nice to know that as long as I keep my act together, my company is not going anywhere without me. You get that true feeling of stability as long as you are consistent with your own production.

      Cons

      Working from home you don't get to see your co-workers too often. Wish we got together as a team more than we do.
