Great Place to Work (For the most part)

Pros

The people are great. ADP has done a great job of hiring for success within the corporation. The culture is very results oriented, is not very level conscious, and is open minded to alternate ways of doing things.

Cons

The culture is not for everyone. New employees are given a period of time to make the "right noised" or they run the chance of being writing off by management and peers with very little chance of recovery. Also the corporation is a bit of a boys club.
