Financial stability, great pay, very smart people working here. It's not your father's payroll company anymore.

Cons

Matrix environment would work better if internal departments felt (and exhibited) the same loyalty to our customers as client facing groups do.

Company promotes "One ADP" but as a Major Accounts District Manager you will compete directly against other district managers. Internal sales policies often hurt your efforts. Most district managers "play the game" and "work the system".
