      Pros

      Great work-life balance. Great team environment. Nice incentives for job well-done. Once tenure is gained it's hard to leave ADP because it becomes very comfortable to work there.

      Cons

      Compensation is average and promotion opportunities are hard to come by and can be very political. Lots of levels of management.

      Associate level workers typically very hard working and professional Some work - from - home opportunities available Decent pay compensation

      Cons

      Certain Implementation VP level management is very weak: Discriminating behavior and favoritism displayed Lacking personal accountability and appropriate support of managers Poor interdepartmental communication and operational unity Low Associate staffing levels maintains constant stress and "emergency" situations

      Pros

      Decent salary & package. Generally there are a lot of social activities (it's just that the people I worked with didn't join in so it was difficult for me to do so).

      Cons

      The people in my area were really unfriendly (other people in the organisation seemed OK, as far as I could tell). I was misled about the role during the interview; the role was quite different to how it had been described to me before joining. IT work involves supporting antiquated systems.
