      Great Entry Level Position

      Pros

      There is a lot of income potential and avenues to move up within the company after you have been there for about 2 years

      Cons

      The SBS division is definitely an entry level position, the compensation is that of an entry level position and the nature of the work is also that of an entry level position. Great for about a year and a half to two years but after that you have to either move to another division within ADP or get a different(better) job somewhere else

      At ADP when you continue to work hard and stay disciplined the opportunities are endless.

      Pros

      You have the ability to build your career from day one. The hard work and persistence that someone has can provide you with many opportunities for growth. ADP is a great organization that supports their employees and provides them with the training and guidance to achieve your goals both personally and professionally.

      Cons

      Some prospects that I speak with are not interesting in hearing more about ADP because of previous experiences. This sometimes makes it difficult to tell our story on the advancements and changes that ADP has made through the years.

      In adp, there is not one career path, at every position I have been given a multitude of different paths to pursue

      Cons

      Hurry up and wait interview processes (even when interviewing internally), communication gaps within company, few federal holidays off-although it seems tedious most employees dip into vacation days so they can be home with thie children (ie presidents day,Martin Luther king day).
