Pros
Stable company, provides good benefits and 401K, company listens to associates and tries to make changes based on the feedback.
Cons
Management does not get involved in your career developement. I wish they were more enticed to see you advance in your career, especially the young employees that are driven to get ahead. Tuition reimbursement could be better, $2500 a year for the first 5 years doesn't even cover 1 class per year at most schools, especially if you're trying to get your master's.
