Pros

I thought I had Pros.... None

Cons

I'm a male and filed a harassment and unsafe workplace claim against a female co-worker. 2 months later, I was fired. I was very well respected and did an outstanding job. ADP hurt me and my faith in doing the right thing.

Hello and thank you for providing your feedback on working for ADP. ADP values creating and maintaining a workplace where employees work in a professional environment. ADP takes steps to prevent harassment and other inappropriate workplace conduct from occurring, such as establishing, communicating, and enforcing a policy prohibiting harassment and retaliation, providing anti-harassment training to associates and establishing procedures to promptly investigate complaints. We take these allegations seriously and will look into these promptly. We would welcome the opportunity to discuss this further. You can contact us at HR.Associate.Relations@adp.com

Pros

Occasional work from home option.

Cons

Constant change in management, Friends with managers easily get away without working and no questions asked ever, not a healthy environment to work due to office politics and people teaming up against other employees, One fine day you will be assigned with a software you are not familiar with and are expected to work with minimal training and assistance.
