Passionate/Talented Software Engineers Stay Away From This Toxic Environment!

Competitive salary. You will meet great fellow engineers.

Cons

Though it is called the Innovation Center, it is not the right place for passionate and talented software engineers. This place is corporate at its worst (or finest?): Very top-down organizational structure. Incompetent management. Dirty politicking that distracts from getting real work done. Praise and recognition go out to those who talk the loudest, not to those less outspoken but who produce. More finger pointing and blaming than constructive teamwork.

Pros

Easy, repetitive. Good place to start selling software, after 8-12 months you may begin to regress in skill though.

Cons

Political, poor products, demotivated implementation and organization in general, lots of "save my job" decisions made. Poor and unequal pay among peers. Culture of fear and under-performance.

Pros

ADP is good company to work for and benefits are good in general.

Cons

ADP is not paying high salaries in general, no annual bonuses until you get to a management position. Some managers are not flexible on working remote or taking PTO when you need it for any urgent or family needs.
