ADP reviews

I know many people who work at ADP and the experiences are mixed. The HR department is terrible, and they are arrogant, unpleasant and unhelpful. This is not just my experience, but everyone I've spoken to has only negative experiences. As far as the work itself, it varies as I've worked in a number of different teams. I've had good managers and good experiences in some, and very negative experiences in others. One manager even threatened me that he would derail my career if I didn't help him out with another team he was managing - strange way to ask for a favour and very unprofessional. I've also had great managers who were very professional and even friendly, so it's a bit of a game of chance. But the HR department is arrogant and unhelpful to all. Nearly everyone I know who was talented left the company within 3 years and it's a good place to get some experience if you have none, but don't expect miracles.
