I’ve had a positive experience working at ADP overall. The company offers strong flexibility, supportive leadership, and a culture that encourages ownership and collaboration. One of the biggest strengths is the ability to grow professionally while still maintaining a healthy work-life balance, which can be rare in large organizations. I’ve had opportunities to lead impactful projects across multiple sites and functions, work with talented teams, and build relationships with leaders who genuinely care about employee development. ADP also does a good job recognizing contributions and encouraging innovation and continuous improvement. Overall, ADP is a great place for someone looking for stability, career development, flexibility, and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact.

Cons

Like any large company, there can sometimes be challenges with changing priorities, cross-functional alignment, and navigating processes across different teams. However, those experiences also helped strengthen my communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
