Pros
Great benefits, flexible working environment, accommodating, stable company. Overall, even though it's a massive company, they do a great job of making everyone feel like family. ADP also looks great on your resume.
Cons
ADP is not for everyone. However, it is for some. What I consider cons you might consider pros, in which case you will likely thrive. - Must be in office 3+ days a week - Super "Woke" and hyper sensitive. ex: can't say the words "chairman," "mankind," "manpower," "blacklist," "white glove," "minority," "you guys," etc. (If this is a pro for you, I mean no offense). UX department specifically: (from what I hear, every department is a little different). - Frequent reorganization. - Promotions and raises are rare. - Difficult to see a visible impact - Exceptionally limiting and inflexible design system means (IMHO) you're already set up to fail. Consistency is prioritized over improvement. - Success very much depends on your ability to more or less "fall in line." (Not surprising given their size). - Many designers can come across as snobby.
