Pros
The people you work with are all kind, and some have become great friends. Most are willing to help you learn or point you to the right direction (that is, when they're not swamped with work).
Cons
There is no associate development. Managers and team leads are so swamped, they dont have time to develop employees, or really even talk to employees, unless there is an issue with a client that requires their attention. There's no reward for good work, in fact, should you show management you're a good worker, they will add on clients to your base. There's no positive reinforcement. No team work; rather, we're put on a team but we're a bunch of individuals working independently. Upper management has no idea what it's like to be in this position. They implement new strategies and process flows without thinking about timing (during year end!) or how this affects the employees. My list could go on...
