      Pros

      The job is difficult, but management knows it takes up to a year to become proficient in this role. The tenured team is welcoming and beyond helpful for new hires. Plenty of room for growth - don't be afraid to ask how to achieve your goals.

      KPI for raises is not clear and hard to gauge if compensation is fair
