Cons
Internal management communication between teams that constantly work together is not as transparent as it should be. The service team doesn't know what the sales team does, the inbound team doesn't know what the implementation team does, etc. I think it would provide more confidence in the agents if we had consistent baselines of communication.

There are many perks as an employee and access to health related services on-site, which is free. Also the company promotes health and wellness.
Cons
You are monitored throughout your entire work day, since most work is computer based. There was limited training available and one had to seek for assistance and rely on help from team members in the unit.
