      Pros

      Good culture. Lots of community involvement. A good place to start a career if you like software as a service (tech) and payroll.

      Cons

      Cubicles. High workload - enough for 2 people vs 1. Managers are childish and gossips. Environment is like a high school if you work onsite. The work can be done 100% remove, but they make you work hybrid. They make you stay in a role for 18 months to 24 months before you can promote out.

      Hybrid work environment, People and company culture are great!

      Cons

      Could use more opportunities for promotion within the role and for pay increase beyond annual merit.
