Pros

ADP is an amazing company to work for. They are very inclusive of everyone that works here. From the beginning of the hiring process, everyone has been incredibly helpful at making sure I felt at home with ADP. It truly feels like they care about their associates, not just the bottom line. The managers actually listen to the associates and want them to succeed. If an associate has a problem, managers are more than willing to assist with coming up with a solution. Outstanding place to work!

Cons

The training could have been a little better, but it's a large company and hard to tailor it to individual wants and needs.

Pros

New leadership understands challenges with current client dissatisfaction and enployee morale and are working hard to get in front of it. Work from home once a week and more if needed. Starbucks in the building.

Cons

Location is far outside the city, can't work from home as much as expected, insurance premiums and deductibles are REALLY high, company structure changing, future and overall picture isn't really clear.

Pros

wonderful office culture wonderful benefits allows overtime upper level management knows you and appreciates you.

Cons

sometimes feels like a customer service call line long hours in the winter and june-july. basically mandatory overtime. sales department is largely in control of what accounts get started and pushes incomplete orders and bad accounts through for the sake of making quota. no consideration for how these bad accounts will affect client happiness in the long run.
