Pros

Dynamic and challenging environment, team work, people are very collaborative. Many internal opportunities for career growth, good salary and good benefits. Located downtown, close to train and metro stations.

Cons

Constant upgrades in the product which is great for clients, but very challenging for associates to keep up to date.
