Overall, it's been a good experience. The work is decent, and the work-life balance is one of the strongest aspects of the company. The team is supportive, approachable, and great to work with. One difference between locations is that the Chennai office offers free meals, whereas the Bangalore office currently doesn't, likely because it's a smaller office. Other than that, the culture has been positive and collaborative.

Cons

Compensation is competitive but not among the highest in the industry. Annual salary increments also tend to be on the lower side compared to some other product companies, which may be a consideration for those prioritizing faster salary growth.
