      Pros

      A lot of promises that are very attractive : human centric company, bottom-up processes and many others. At first, it seems to be the perfect place to work.

      Cons

      In practice, the promises are not kept. Most of the time, there is a huge gap between the corporate communication and the real life. Of course, it depends a lot on who is your manager. But in most cases this gap creates a huge disappointment in the teams.
