      Pros

      Adeo is the third retailer in DIY worldwide, and it is the Holding company of 30 business units as Leroy Merlin. Very well managed, very human company

      Cons

      Relationship with the large and powerful business units can be difficult which limits the impact and created frustrations

      Salary very low. Very difficult to have opportunities. People who work very well are not recognized. People who have only good communication are much more recognized. Human Values.
