Hard work, expected to work almost every weekend, no vacation or personal time, all they push is more product and care less about safety or quality, poor management, supervisors don’t know how to be good supervisors, can’t talk to your co-workers or you’ll get smart comments from your supervisors.

I worked in ABB in Krakow for a few months in HR. This was the worst job experience of my whole life. They treat you really bad, no value at all. it's all about numbers. They don't care about people even a bit. If you care about your health please do not apply for this company ever or at least not for HR jobs in GBS. There's d iscrimnation, no trasparency and only back sta_ bing besides the fact that you won't learn anything interesting.
