Pros

_The work load is low and most of the time you have free time -One day per week free lunch

Cons

-very stressful and sick environment although there is no project to work on. -5 employee out of 22 have quieted their jobs in 6 months. -Most people who remained are not from AI community and do not know what they are doing. -The minority remaining smart people are frustrated from the management and have lack of motivation. -No place to grow -Benefits are not good, even snacks are rationed. -After a couple of months, you start forgetting what you knew before joining the company instead of learning.

Pros

1. One which any employee look for now a days in Job security, and if you are looking for same in Pvt organization ABB is one among them where you can retire. 2. All freedom to do any kind of job you wish which helps to climb your career ladder 3. Easy access to top management 4. Family like team members which we will feel so secured and happy 5. Work life balance to its 100% (Except WFH option which we cant expect from Manufacturing company)

Cons

1. Even though Salary is OK with Market standard initially, every one will expect for a yearly hike which need to give it timely. 2. Like how we promote our new innovation in European countries we lags in promoting those products in Indian Market too Especially (Install EV Charging station in all Indian Factories Minimum, Provide Solar Energy in some factory units which we can) 3. Focus on Marketing our brand some more in Indian market 4. Corporate Social responsibility is something which we are lagging all round. 5. Lags in team building activities both in Business/R&D and Production team. 6. Possible try to have shuffling in R&D Team in timely basis which will help in cross collaboration and helps to keep talents intact.

Pros

Salary paid on time each month

Cons

- Highly political environment. It doesn't matter how hard and how much you are working, you are getting promoted only if you are friend with the management; - Backstabbing office culture: you need to be aware of everything you say, because it can be used against you. Even managers are talking behind the back of their employees with other people, even in the same team. - Bad internal HR, not transparent, not efficient (it delivers contracts and other information always later than they are due) and which doesn't care about employees' concerns; - Useless trainings that will teach you nothing about the job or anything else - No control on the process, even if you have improvements that can make everybody's life easier. You just have to do what you are told.
