      Solid global organization, great people, excellent product offering

      Pros

      Pro learning and development for their Employees, true Global organization with a great deal of global movement within the organization.

      Cons

      Too many organizational changes and cost cutting efforts leaving the employee base a bit in doubt about their longevity with the company. The result of multiple acquisitions and consolidations, and sell offs - thus a feeling of an organization not quite ever feeling like you're on secure footing in terms of job security.

      Reverse racism, too much affirmative action not best person for the job. Poor benefits package for hourly employees. Nobody trust HR. Management on acts like they care.
