      The environment is toxic. Integrity is a problem for middle management. Retaliation is an issue. HR does nothing to help the employee back will certainly cover up the laundry list of shady things management does wrong.

      No Pros. This organisation is best for people with good background support. This is the most nepotism based organisation in India. If you have your blood relatives in this organisation then you are bound to have an exceptional good career without any doubt. Every kind of good opportunities will come to you.

      No cons. As I said join this organisation only if you have blood relatives in higher position. If you are hardworking person then you are bound to get hurt by working for this organisation. People at management will try every possible way to break you when they want to satisfy their goals of providing their relatives with better positions at work.
