The interview had the typical questions but it was a little bit more informal, and I liked that. The interviewer did not seem like a robot asking question after question from a list, bit rather had some questions prepared and many questions came up at the moment. Expect to be prepared about the motivation, what you expect of the role and how your previous experience can contribute to the role.

Being put on the spot to critique the website was probably the most difficult part. I was also asked to spend two minutes or so explaining something (anything) I was knowledgable about to demonstrate communication skills.
