When I interviewed, the technical portion was very basic, and required only a rudimentary understanding of web technologies. When I left, the technical questions: 1. Confirmed that you had at least some basic experience with the language and tools, and 2. Really focused on your analytical and problem-solving skills.

Mostly behavioral questions. They really wanted to know how you work with a team/build trust with others.

What made you want to work for Hilton Grand Vacations?
There were tests on javascript and html and some coding, and also on layout design and a little game design in flash. Everything was lots of fun and I think I did a god job, but the javascript and coding was never my thing, so I was weak in that area.
