I think the hardest questions were the soft skills-related questions..it felt a bit like a psychological session because they were many of them and repeated ones in different stages of the process, which made the interview much complicated. Things like: Can you recall a bad relationship with a colleague and how did you go around it? What would you do differently next time? If a colleague made a mistake and you know it was badly done, what would you do? Can you recall a situation where this happened? etc etc,
