About the Role 40 hours a week 8 hours perday often travel to Africa, Europe, the Middle East and North and South America. Working 16 hours a day is not allowed, we like to have a work life balance approach. My team in total is about 20 people, located in Poland and India and reporting to the line manage who is located in Poland. hes also reporting to managers in Sweden we sit here on the 6th floor, we work with partners in India and Mexico and try to fit the working hours accordly to their timezone we also provide support to the middle east and some countries in Asia. Regading the team, we work in an integrated team, the operations team is located in India, development team is splited globally, the on-boarding, security and the build and release teams are located here Besides the monthly Salary, we also offer personal insurance for accidents a private medical care for you and your family including benefits for sports and the Gym. orking in a Global Environment, we are working for internal Customers which is Ericsson. Ericsson is around the world which is selling some services such as managed services and we are responsible for delivering the tools, the tools to operate the services and used to manage the KPIs ETC. We have a platform called "MSDP" managed services delivery platform, The tools are based on VNC, EMC, remedy and an internal middleware, used for trouble managment and change management and its connected to mostly to the back offices, also we do have tools for front office and all the systems are connected, there are accessible from Citrix. the role of a solutions architecture is to, support the internal customers regarding questions and working on projects
