I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at eTeam (San Jose, CA)
Interview
Quick, thorough questions, they weren’t that difficult, eTeam stays with you through the whole process, they’ll even call at 9:30 at night trying to make sure everything is done an completed and making sure call questions were answered. Really great experience.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at eTeam (Phila, PA) in Jan 2019
Interview
No follow-up. Terrible uncaring communication. They sent me on an interview with a major company. Interview went well. The VP told me of another person on the team I needed to talk with. I told the eTeam people that they needed to set that up. They said they would, and I never heard another thing. I asked about feedback and they said they would get it, and I never heard another thing. I called and emailed about followup and they said they would know in a day or two, and I never heard another thing. Another body shop that will demand everything from you, push you to respond and produce information immediately, rush to an interview, and then they will drop the ball. Its all about processing as many bodies as they can as fast as they can.
I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at eTeam (Regina, SK) in Nov 2017
Interview
it took around 1 month to process. In the beginning, there was rate confirmation as it was contract job. Then they will review your resume and request to add a few lines to match job description.
