Tell me a time you went above a customers expectations? LOTS OF STAR QUESTIONS. Then do u have our current internet service? What’s the different cords? Do u know what’s an Ethernet cord? What does it do? What’s a modem and router do? Do u know what the blinking lights represent? What would u do if u had difficulties connecting to WiFi?
All of the questions given to me were asked in a condescending tone.
