Interview
It was a 3 step interview process.
1 - Initial HR round. This is just to check your confidence and communication skills
2 - Technical round. (Can be 2) They get serious when it comes to technical skills. Make sure you know what you write in your resume.
3 - Final HR round.

Interview
first a phone screen asking mostly about what you know in terms of your tech stack, then a technical interview over the phone about 1 hour long. I was told to brush up on java syntax, web development tools, and sql / database stuff

Do you have any web app experience? Any projects you want to talk about? It appears they want someone familiar with web dev and sql
You first meet with the director, then you meet with team members, then you meet with the team lead and the director. The director initially goes over the background of the company. Then the team members come in and ask you about your resume. They want you to tell them about projects you've used for the languages you list on your resume. The meeting with the team lead and the director follows and it's more of the same except they ask you a programming challenge to test your problem solving skills.
