The people were very nice, they took me in a conference room with a blackboard and asked me some questions about college and my personal projects that appeared in my CV. After that they asked me some technical questions about object oriented programming and data bases. I also had to use the blackboard to write some code.

Interview
Was very thorough and everyone who interviewed me was a trained professional with many years of experience. I felt very welcomed and the managers were also very nice. Overall the experience was great. Definitely need to know what you want to get out of working at Yardi.

Question 1
They asked the basic interview questions and what I knew about the company
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3 days. I interviewed at Yardi Systems (Santa Ana, CA) in Jan 2021
Interview
Initial phone screening with recruiter, 1 on 1 Zoom with hiring manager, and there would have been a group interview with presentation but I didn’t make it that far. The interview with the recruiter went well, easy going really just getting a better understanding of the role and my background. The interview with the hiring manager was very strange and felt interrogatory. They were not prepared and seemed like they were not engaged at all.
