The interview was pretty easy. They do regard you take an assessment test . Yardi has a no-compete clause. So if you worked for a company that uses their software system you must wait 6 months before applying with the actual company

Overall I would say they have the longest process of being interviewed. It took approximately around 2-3 months to be offered a position granted I think they try to weed out the bad but it kinda gives you a bit of anxiety.
